The DAMAR Truck Deck storage system brings a heavy-duty, secure storage system to outdoorsmen’s truck beds to maximize space utilization and organization.

“Our DAMAR Truck Deck is designed to fit the exact size and shape of each truck, eliminating the need to drill or modify an outdoorsman’s truck,” said David Martin, president of DAMAR. “Not drilling into the sheet metal means not opening up the vehicle’s sheet metal to the elements and possibly rust. Our customers’ investment in their trucks is protected.”

Each Truck Deck is bed-specific meaning installation and removal is quick and simple, requiring no tools and can easily be installed by one person.

The Truck Deck is held in place by an aluminum square-tube frame extending to the sidewalls of the bed, securing anything stored within or tied down to the multiple tie-down rings. The Truck Deck frame is held in the bed by means of tension pins to securely keep it in place. The top of the deck is constructed of .125-gauge aluminum or .187-gauge aluminum diamond plate for additional strength.

Modular storage compartments feature hatch lids on full-width hinges and feature full rubber gaskets to keep the elements on the outside. The rear hatch features gas springs to hold the lid open when loading long items into the Truck Deck. Heavy-duty T-handle rotary latches feature individual locks allowing access to individual compartments without unlocking them all. The handles are recessed to provide a smooth loading surface for hauling large loads on top of the Truck Deck.

Individual storage containers with lids fit snugly into the Truck Deck to keep gear from sliding around the bed. The storage containers are easy to swap out so outdoorsmen can keep a set loaded and ready for a fishing trip and another set ready for camping or hunting. In lieu of the storage containers, separator panels can be installed for additional storage configuration options.

Three packages are offered:

• Standard Deck – Offers polished surface finish, six top-hatch openings and two full-width separator panels.
• Commercial Package – Offers polished, non-skid or color-matched powder-coated surface finish, six top-hatch openings, two full-width separator panels and eight storage bins.
• Sportsman Package – Offers polished, non-skid or color-matched powder-coated surface finish with an optional camouflage surface finish, four storage bins, four standard-sized top-hatch openings and one large top-hatch, one full-width and one half-width separator panel, one cooler, two drop-in gun/rod racks for the large hatch and a heavy-duty ramp for loading items such as ATVs onto the top of the Truck Deck.
