Broiled Teal

  • 4 teal, cleaned and split
  • 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Season teal. Combine lemon and butter and brush onto teal. Place on broiler rack 4 inches from coils and cook 10 minutes per side. Serves 2.
